Q. Are you an authorized TAG Heuer distributor?
Absolutely. Our TAG Heuer watches are genuine and custom made by TAG Heuer for you when you place your order. Our assortment of university-branded TAG Heuer watches is not sold in jewelry stores, bookstores, or anywhere else online. You can only order them here from M.LaHart & Co. Because each TAG watch is custom made, please allow 3 weeks for delivery.
Q. What is the warranty period for M.LaHart & Co. timepieces?
The warranty period for M.LaHart watches is three years from the date of purchase. To review the warranty please click here. TAG Heuer watches are covered by TAG Heuer’s two-year international warranty.

Q. How do I adjust my watch bracelet to fit my wrist?
Our solid steel link watch bracelets utilize an industry standard practice for sizing the bracelet. We recommend you visit a knowledgeable local jeweler who can fit the watch to your wrist. If you have any questions, please call customer service at 1-800-551-4715.
Q. When should I replace my watch strap?
To keep your watch looking at its best, we recommend replacing your watch strap annually. Replacement straps can be ordered online or by calling 1-800-551-4715.
Q. Does my watch have a battery?
Yes, our M.LaHart watches are battery powered; original batteries typically last 2 years. Many fine watch brands use similar Swiss movements. We recommend visiting a local reputable jeweler to replace the battery.
Q. Is my watch water resistant?
Yes, all M.LaHart and TAG Heuer watches are water resistant. We do caution against wearing your watch during water sport activities, as the quick motion causes added pressure to the watch movement.
Q. Do you offer half links for M.LaHart watches?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer half links for these watches at this time.
Q. I have misplaced the care card that came with my order. How can I get another one mailed to me?
Please call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-551-4715 to request that a care card for your product be mailed to you.
Q. My Howard Miller clock isn't working properly. Can you help me service it?

Yes. M.LaHart & Co. is an official licensee of every institution listed on our web site. Every purchase of an M.LaHart & Co. product supports your school through royalties paid directly to them. To date, we have proudly paid out $400,000 to institutions nationwide to help fund student and alumni programs.

Q. Can I get my TAG Heuer watch in time for the holidays?
All orders placed by December 12 will be delivered by December 24. We suggest you order early as each TAG Heuer watch is custom-made at the time of your order and will take approximately 3 weeks for delivery
Q. I already have a TAG Heuer watch. Can I order just the dial with my school's logo?
Unfortunately, we do not sell individual TAG Heuer dials with a school's logo on them. Each TAG Heuer watch is custom-made at the TAG Heuer factory at the time of the order as a complete timepiece.
Q. I already own a Howard Miller clock. Can I order just a pendulum with my school's logo?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer pendulums for any Howard Miller clocks that were previously purchased from an outside source. All Howard Miller clocks purchased through M.LaHart & Co. will include the pendulum with your school's logo.
Q. I have a coupon code. Can I use it more than once, or in combination with other coupon codes?
Our coupon codes are active for one-time use only, and cannot be combined with any other offer.
Q. Do you offer special order items for corporate gifts, retirements, reunions, or departmental gifting?

Q. How do I place an order outside of normal business hours?
Please call 1-888-928-9284. We are happy to hear from you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Personal shoppers can assist you with special requests Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at 1-800-551-4715.
Q. My item is backodered. What does this mean?
Our products are sometimes backordered. In this case, you will be notified by phone or email. If the backorderd item is part of a larger order, you will not be charged for that item until it is sent to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges.
Q. What styles of engraving are available?
M.LaHart is pleased to offer traditional block-style engraving on most of our products. Our gold cufflinks have a scroll engraving. We are happy to accommodate any special requests on engraving styles; please contact customer service at 1-800-551-4715.
Q. Can I have a special message engraved?
Usually. We take great pride in the customization of our products and engraving options. We will try our hardest to accommodate your request for a custom engraving. Please call customer service at 1-800-551-4715.
Q. Does engraving lengthen delivery time?
No, 80% of purchases are engraved; therefore, our standard order processing encompasses this service.
Q. Can I order extra-long watch straps?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate your request for an extra-long watch strap. Please contact customer service at 1-800-551-4715.
Q. Will I be charged tax on my M.LaHart & Co. order?
Only shipments mailed to Connecticut will incur 6% sales tax.

Q. I didn't order my TAG Heuer watch in enough time for holiday delivery. Can I get a gift announcement card in the meantime?
Yes. As each TAG Heuer watch is custom-made, we suggest you allow 3 weeks for delivery after you place your order. But if there is a special date or holiday you are purchasing for, we'd be happy to send you a custom-printed gift announcement card so you can announce your gift to your recipient.

Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, our custom gift wrapping includes an attractive silver paper with grosgrain ribbon for an additional $5.95 per item. At this time, you cannot add gift wrapping during our online ordering process. Please call our customer service representatives at 1-800-551-4715 to have it added to your order. You can then be emailed a new confirmation with the adjusted totals.
Q. Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add it to your order before checkout finalization.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept online?
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover card, as well as our own M.LaHart & Co. gift certificates. Customers can also place their online orders using Google Checkout and Pay Pal.
Q. How do I know that my online credit card purchase is secure?
M.LaHart’s state-of-the-art order system is PCI compliant, ensuring that every step in the online ordering process is secure. We employ Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. All credit card information is encrypted and then deleted from our system once the order has been processed.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
An authorization will be made when you place your order; your card will be charged when your order is shipped. If, for whatever reason, we need to send partial shipments, you will be billed for the shipping on the first item shipped, and then each item will be billed separately as they ship. There is no additional charge for shipping if we must split up the order into partial shipments.

Q. How are the products packaged?
Most M.LaHart & Co. products arrive beautifully presented in a custom gift box.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items shipped using the standard shipping method arrive within 8-10 business days via FedEx Ground. Glassware arrives within 8-10 business days via UPS. The wall clock arrives within 2-3 weeks via UPS. The grandfather clock arrives within 2-3 weeks via a freight carrier. The leather chairs require an estimated 8 weeks for delivery.
Orders shipped using the express shipping method arrive within 3-4 business days via FedEx Express. TAG Heuer watches are custom-made and require 3 weeks for delivery. All TAG Heuer watches are shipped FedEx Air and require a signature for delivery. All of our items shipped using FedEx are shipped out FedEx insured.
Q. Which items cannot be shipped using the express shipping method?
Express Shipping is not available for TAG Heuer watches, the grandfather clock, the wall clock, Irish knitwear, the leather chairs, or glassware.
Q. How will I know that my order has been shipped?
We are happy to email those customers who provide us with a valid email address at the time they place the order, providing them with the tracking number for their FedEx shipments.
Q. Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?
We cannot ship one order to several addresses. If you need to ship items to separate addresses, please complete separate orders.
Q . Can orders be shipped to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, when entering an APO/FPO address please follow the format instructions given at the time of check-out.
Q. Can orders be shipped to international addresses?
Yes, M.LaHart & Co. proudly ships almost all our products anywhere in the world. International orders will incur a $35 shipping and handling fee. Currently we ship international orders via insured USPS. At this time, we are not able to ship glassware, Howard Miller clocks, or chairs to international addresses.
Returns
Q. What if I want to exchange or return items?
We will do everything we can to ensure your complete satisfaction with your M.LaHart & Co. purchase. However, if you are not satisfied we will gladly exchange or refund purchases made through our website, by mail order, or by phone within 90 days of purchase. If you send your purchase back for a refund, we will credit the same credit card used to place the order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on engraved or custom items.
