M. LaHart Watches Three-Year Limited Warranty
Each M.LaHart timepiece is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers those watches that are registered with M.LaHart & Co. at the time of purchase or returned according to warranty instructions provided in box and accompanied by original receipt including date of purchase.

Timepiece defects covered by this warranty will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge. Where replacement is required, M.LaHart & Co. will provide the same model; if that is not available, a similar model of equal or greater value will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends three years after the date of the original purchase. The warranty does not cover: the battery, crystal, bracelet, strap, or other watch accessories, damage because of improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear.
The warranty becomes void in the event any person not duly authorized by M.LaHart & Co. attempts to repair the claimed defect.
TAG Heuer Authorized Two-Year International Warranty
Each TAG Heuer watch is covered by TAG Heuer’s official international warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Issued by TAG Heuer SA, this warranty is accepted by all TAG Heuer Service Centers in over 100 countries throughout the world. An International Warranty Card is provided with each TAG Heuer watch purchased from M.LaHart & Co. as well as a detailed booklet on warranty and service specifics.
