Since 1996, M.LaHart & Co has been dedicated to offering alumni, graduates, and fans the finest quality products to honor their proud university affiliations. We are committed to conducting business based on integrity and fairness, treating our employees, vendors, and customers fairly and acting responsibly towards our local community and the environment. As a small business, we know the importance of individual responsibility. We consider corporate responsibility an extension of what we have always done and will continue to do. We require the same of all of our employees, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers who produce, assemble or package finished Licensed Articles adhere to the principles set forth in the Labor Code of Conduct.

With over 20 years in business, we are proud to report zero workplace injuries and 100% employee retention for over three years. We are committed to taking an aggressive stance against unfair labor practices, and we follow the guidelines set forth in the Fair Labor Act. We respect the rights and dignity of every employee and treat them fairly and without discrimination. We will provide educational and training opportunities to help employees improve performance and provide growth opportunities for those who seek advancement or new skills training.


We seek companies of proven integrity with quality products as our partners. We are very selective our associations and establish long and close relationships. Our first vendor remains a close partner 20 years later. We seek to be honest and fair in our relationships with our suppliers and respect the different cultures and rights of individuals therein. We also encourage suppliers to abide by our high standards, consistent with local laws and guidelines set forth in the Fair Labor Act. M.LaHart & Co. adheres to an Official Code of Conduct that is provided to all employees and posted throughout our facility. Our Code of Conduct is provided to our approved vendor partners, and we expect their compliance with its terms. Our Code of Conduct addresses fair labor and wage practices, prohibition against discrimination and harassment, safe working conditions, and freedom of association.

We are based in Litchfield, Connecticut, a bucolic small town surrounded by farms on rolling hills. Our office borders a 4,000 acre nature preserve that includes forests, fields and wetlands. The largest natural lake in the state of Connecticut is less than a mile down the road. With all this natural beauty around us, we feel a responsibility to protect it for others.
