"Extremely satisfying experience. Not only were the glasses beautifully crafted, the gift recipient loved them as well! More importantly, perhaps, was the outstanding customer service M. LaHart provided, which enabled me to give the gift in time. After the original order arrived with a shattered glass, I called customer support and spoke with a very helpful representative who told me exactly what I needed to do to receive a replacement glass. In less than one week a PAIR of tumblers, including personalization, arrived to replace the one glass that had broken."
