"Excellent quality of ring. Yet, be aware!!!! Very poor engraving!! Extremely poor!! To state the truth....The absolute worst!! The engraving on the outer sides of the ring are of extreme poor of visual quality and awkwardly placed too close to the top of the ring for the graduation date and personalized initials! Ugh! Moreover, the engraving on the inside of the ring is IMPOSSIBLE to see with the naked eye and/or a magnify glass. It is difficult to understand why the upper management and owners of this worthy company has not pay attention to maintaining quality of it's departments and/or out sourced companies!!! Very poor...engraving division! This company has many high end quality items for sale. I recently purchased a frame for my Harvard diploma...high quality.!! Yet, the ring need much more company attention! Finally, the Director of Customer Service is simply outstanding! She has assisted me through out this frustrating process! :))"
